All live sales are final and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange after sale for any reason. You agree to this as a condition of sale. All due care is taken to ensure they are sent out in perfect condition. No complaints will be entered into. Contamination after sale is not our responsibility. All live products are used up to the day of packing in a monitored,stable state. post care is the responsibility of the buyer. The risk of poisoning, contamination, allergic or other reaction exists with all live cultured food, and due care should be taken. Culturecrazy is indemnified from all responsibility outside of post sale support pertaining to successfully maintaining your purchase.. It is up to you to maintain the scoby, grains or cultures purchased. no Guarantee of microbial species content is given, implied or otherwise assured due to the individual nature of every grain, scoby and culture. proof of microbial content relies on produced products. All cultures grains and scoby are sent in a safe, stable, functioning state, safe for consumption as intended.

Items must be returned for refund or replacement in the same condition it arrived in. in case of burstage, photos may be substituted. the envelope, contents and the days date must be included in photos clearly. further photos may be requested and should be provided to avoid delays.
