All shipping is via Australia Post.

We pack & handle with the utmost care, and all goods are sent in new, pristine condition, but due to the live nature of some products, we cannot be held responsible if said product dies in transit for any reason. while it is unlikely,canisters, containers and bags may burst due to carbonation. For this reason we recommend express registered post to avoid delays. all due care is taken to ensure sterile confinement in case of burst-age, but we are not responsible for any damage caused by spillage or burst-age caused by: weather, delays, acts of god, cosmic events and natural disasters.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged or delayed post. all post is via clickandsend.

It is safe to expect up to four days for order processing. Live cultures cant be hurried.
